My Story
I had everything I thought would make me happy. So why wasn’t I?
For most of my adult life, I did everything I was supposed to do.
I earned an MBA from a top university. I built a successful corporate career, including working at Disney. I ran a marathon. I got married, bought a home, and had two wonderful children.
I even became a prominent voice on LinkedIn, building an audience of more than 150,000 followers.
By almost every measure, I was successful.
But I wasn't happy.
Every achievement made me feel good for a little while. Then the feeling disappeared, and I needed something else.
A better job. More recognition. Another accomplishment.
I was constantly chasing the next thing that would finally make me feel good about myself.
And no matter how much I accomplished, it was never enough.
The Problem Wasn’t My Life. It Was How I Felt About Myself.
Eventually, I began to understand what was happening.
My happiness depended on what other people thought of me. When I succeeded, I felt worthy. When I failed or faced criticism, I felt terrible about myself.
Underneath all those accomplishments was a deeply rooted feeling that I wasn't good enough.
I'd spent years trying to overcome that feeling by achieving more.
But nothing I accomplished could make it disappear.
I had to stop looking for the answer outside myself.
Discovering a Different Way to Live
That realization began a profound journey of personal development and spiritual exploration.
I studied meditation, mindfulness, psychology, and the ways our past experiences shape how we feel about ourselves.
Over time, I discovered that understanding my emotional patterns was only part of the answer.
I could recognize where my fears came from. I could understand why certain situations triggered me. But that didn't necessarily mean those feelings had gone away.
The real transformation came through learning to work directly with my emotions and experiencing their release through my body.
As my practice deepened, I began experiencing profound energetic changes that transformed my relationship with myself and the world.
I discovered a kind of freedom I had spent my entire life searching for.
And I realized that this was the work I wanted to share with others.
Why I Created Liberation Coaching
Liberation Coaching grew out of my own experience of moving from constantly seeking happiness to discovering it within myself.
Today, I bring together my background in business, my studies in mental health counseling, and my experience with meditation, emotional healing, and energetic release.
I work with people who are tired of carrying the same emotional burdens year after year.
People who understand their patterns but still feel trapped by them.
People who have spent years working on themselves and wonder whether there's something more.
I know what it's like to spend your life trying to prove you're good enough.
I also know how different life can feel when that burden begins to fall away.
That's why I created Liberation Coaching.
Because I don't want to help you become a more successful version of someone who still feels unworthy. I want to help you experience the freedom of knowing you were worthy all along.
